Our Outsourcing tracks were created to support companies that wish to grow in or expand to new countries, where they currently do not have a local legal-entity in place

 

Full Cycle Track

In this track we locate, interview, negotiate and sign-on permanent or freelance members, that are then assigned to our accounts for short/long term allocations 

 

Partial Cycle Track

In this track we support accounts with isolated parts (one or more) of the full cycle, removing obstacles that might arise from operating in unfamiliar regions 

HEADHUNTING

Our Headhunting tracks were created to support companies that wish to locate, engage and on-board profiles that are performing well elsewhere, and not visible to, nor active in the job market 

 

Streamline Track 

In this track we provide the full Headhunting cycle, from the assembly of the comprehensive job descriptions and up to post-signature reports and follow ups

 

Express Track

In this track we provide prioritized Headhunting cycles, in which our assigned lead is supporting an urgent need to staff-up a senior role in a rapid timeframe 

FREELANCERS

Our Freelance tracks were created to support companies that wish to increase their Sales and new-region Exposure by adding a local Senior Sales Executive from our existing network pool

Ownership Track

In this track we provide our accounts with freelance profiles that can take full ownership of a region, country or area as an end to end focal point, KPI driven
